Getting the Disneyland/World experience would not be complete without the shopping. Of course, getting your own Disney merchandise to bring home is a must! And there’s no place better to get your stuff but from Disney World itself!
Here are some of the things that you should know and some tips on where to shop when you are in Disneyland/World.

If you have a little girl with you, the once Upon A Time…The Disney Princess Shoppe is a must-stop shop for you. Here you can buy everything related to Disney Princesses. Make your little one feel that she is a Disney Princess as you buy her a Princess Gown, Tiara and of course, a magic wand. All Disney Princess dolls, costumes and regal accessories are available in this shop. You can find it in Fantasyland area of the park.
Gag Factory
Being funny is a mark of a Toon. This is why Gag Factory was built. You can buy toys that will tickle your funny bone to the max. Get practical joke toys and magic trick toys in this shop. You’ll be having fun already just by simply browsing through the shop!
It’s A Small World Toy Shop
This is one of the most popular toy shops in the park, probably because of its name. Dolls and toys for tots are aplenty in this shop. If you have a toddler with you, this shop is one of your must-go destinations.
New Century Time Pieces
Do you want something to buy for yourself and not the kids? One good shop is the New Century Time Pieces. Down Main Street U.S.A., browse through the shops collection of exquisite watches and clocks. They have Mickey Mouse watches and other pieces by famous brands like Swiss Army and Seiko. You can even have a custom-designed watch and have it painted by the artisans inside the shop. You would be going home with a collectible, once you buy a piece here.
Candy Palace And Candy Kitchen
This 1955 original store is still a favorite of many. Whether you are young or young at heart, this shop will bring out the sweet tooth in you. Get scrumptious sweets such as “retro” candies which you loved when you were a kid. This old time favorites are still love today, like saltwater taffy. Shop for Disneyland Park Master Confectioners candy, caramel apples, fudge and other yummy goodies that are made in front of you!
The Mad Hatter
Going to Disneyland would not be complete if you do not have the world famous Mickey Mouse ears! Go to The Mad Hatter down Main Street U.S.A. and get your Mouse Ears. If you are a hat aficionado, then this is the place to go. Other than Mickey Mouse hats, there are Goofy Hats, jaunty jester caps and other hats that you never dreamed existed. You can also get your name embroidered with your hat, to have a memorable keepsake.
Main Street Photo Supply Co.
Did you forget to bring your camera? Are you out of film? Don’t worry! The Main Street Photo Supply Co. is at your rescue. Go to this shop for all you photography needs such as disposable cameras, films and other photo supplies. You can get your picture taken by one of Disneyland’s staff photographers.
No Time To Shop?
Do you think you have no time to shop during your visit? That’s no problem. You can shop online or even over the phone. If are staying at a Disney owned hotel, call your hotels room service and tell them about your shopping inquiry. You can place your orders through them. After which, you could have your items delivered to your room in no time at all!
